Start-up: Autobaron.com, Angel Funding Phase.

Interim CTO: Worked with founders to define and develop a go-to-market strategy and technology plan capable of withstanding investor scrutiny. Managed vendor relationships and project managed the release of the Beta product.
• Completed requirements definition for all of the products Version 1.0 functionality.
• Conducted SWOT analysis of primary industry competitors, and created a Technology Plan and Operational Budget for 2009-2012.
• Developed Go-To Market Strategy for the product, including a defined product roadmap and marketing plan.
• Identified key vendors to assist in the development and launch of the product, and negotiated vendor contracts.
• Led daily development scrums and defined requirements for each iteration (sprint).
• Designed a stand-alone pricing tool for automotive portals to support the desire to distribute the application beyond the Autobaron.com website.

Principal Consultant: Lead eMarketing/eCommerce strategy efforts for Fortune 100 clients. Spearhead business development, provide sales engineering support, and develop organizational competencies around Interactive Marketing and Innovation.
• Delivered Digital Marketing Technologies Strategy for VP of Global Interactive Marketing at Coca-Cola to precisely target Outside-of-Home advertising resulting in a $25mm pilot for next generation outdoor boards.
• Designed and executed online and eCommerce business strategies for AT&T; liaised with AVP and VP of eCommerce in developing business model, 3-year internet roadmap, capital budgets, ROI, and NPV.

Senior Manager of Product Strategy, PlayON! Sports (2007-2008): Promoted to oversee design and development of the PlayON! Product including coordinating the product roadmap, defining product roadmap and developing new business models. Additionally, investigated and prototyped new technologies through strategic vendor partnerships to ensure product advancement including Ad Serving, Video Encoding, Video Search, Meta-tag usage, Online Advertising and Social Community tools. Provided technical sales support for business development and client acquisition.
• Managed a matrix team and collaborated across various Turner groups, including DMT, NPG, Platform RD and Turner Sports executives.
• Analyzed consumer data to establish and refine product strategies.
• Created business and technology models to assess product position and growth opportunities.
• Evaluated emerging technologies, subsequently adopted by Turner Sports and CNN; Visionbytes video segmentation is currently generating new revenue streams for NASCAR.com.

Lead Information Architect/Product Manager (2002-2007): Developed two e-Commerce related products and a News Management System. • Fueled 37.5% sales increase through selection and implementation of new eCommerce platform.
• Member of the Microsoft TAP program for Commerce Server 2007 and one of the first clients in the world to take a site live on the new platform.
• Developed and instituted industry-leading News Management System, generating $1 million annual service revenue for 7 years.
• Facilitated period of organizational growth, expanding team from 2 to 15 staff members, and developing 4 new products from ground up in 6 years.
